8 raw foods that can make you sick
The “raw food movement” is a top food safety concern for the Centers for Disease Control and several leading public health scientists. The popular trend involves consumers shunning foods that have traditionally been heat treated or cooked to kill dangerous pathogens. Here are eight foods that experts say present some of the greatest risks when consumed raw or undercooked. Read the related story.
