Jeffrey E. Thompson, the D.C. businessman at the center of an ongoing city corruption investigation, paid New York marketing executive Troy White's firm, Wytehouse Marketing, $608,750 for “services it provided in support of” Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign, according to court documents and interviews.
