Booz Allen Hamilton
Booz Allen Hamilton offers consulting services to government agencies and others, with expertise in engineering, technology and analytics. The company managed to post solid earnings, even as other contractors faltered in the face of budget cuts. Booz Allen’s noncompete agreement with Booz & Co. came to an end, giving it the go-ahead to pursue commercial business. The company promptly registered to conduct business in the United Arab Emirates and leased office space in Abu Dhabi.
