Darcars is a family-owned and -operated chain of automobile dealerships. The company is still recovering from a recession that sent the likes of General Motors and Chrysler into bankruptcy. Last year, the company sold more than 32,000 vehicles and racked up sales of more than $95 million in parts and accessories — boosting annual gross revenues by 23 percent. It also has been hiring, increasing its personnel count by 5 percent for a payroll that now tops $90 million.
