FedEx is cashing in on increases in global trade and e-commerce. The international shipping company reported revenue of $39.3 billion during fiscal 2011, a 13 percent increase from the year before. The company is looking to expand in emerging markets. In July, FedEx acquired MultiPack, a Mexico-based trucking and warehouse company. Earlier, it launched a nonstop route from its Memphis headquarters to South Korea and bought AFL Pvt., a warehousing and transportation company in India.
