NCI offers professional and information-technology services, including those related to health IT, cybersecurity and network engineering, to government agencies. The company announced that Terry W. Glasgow, its president, would retire at the end of 2011. Brian J. Clark, the company’s chief financial officer, who joined NCI from Stanley in April, was tapped as his successor. The company also bought health care company AdvanceMed, which focuses on detecting and stopping Medicare and Medicaid fraud.
