Northrop Grumman
The defense contractor divides its business into aerospace, electronics, information systems and technical services. In 2011, Northrop capped off the long process of relocating its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles to Falls Church. The company’s 14-story building is now home to 500 of its employees. Northrop officials warned of challenges ahead as government spending slows and the Pentagon draws down troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
