RLJ Lodging Trust
The real estate investment trust, led by chief executive Thomas J. Baltimore Jr., debuted as a public company in May. It later acquired the 176-room Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District hotel for $42 million, expanding its portfolio to 141 hotels in the United States.
