The professional services contractor, which works in areas from intelligence to program management, this year said goodbye to chief executive Paul Cofoni and welcomed to the CEO role Daniel D. Allen, formerly the president of U.S. operations. The company also bought Reston-based Delta Solutions and Technologies, which specializes in financial management services for the government.
